Fielding Commission Calls

When a Brand Partner calls in and claims they did not receive commissions for specific people, time frame, etc. and the commissions were paid to the next active Brand Partner due to inactivity, you are NOT to advise the Brand Partner on the phone to contact the person who received the commissions to retrieve those commissions. Instead, advise the Brand Partner of the reason for not getting the commissions (due to inactivity) and going forward to ensure he/she is active every month. It is the Brand Partners responsibility to ensure he/she is active every month by placing a 50 BV order (or more if Diamond and above) to get the rightful commissions.
