How-to Submit a New Solution Request

Sometimes, you may search the knowledge base and be unable to find the information you're looking for. In cases where you believe that there is a gap in the knowledge base that should be filled, please submit an email to kbase@purium.freshdesk.com. This will create a request in our solutions database that will notify the KB team that there is a request for a new article pending.


Please use This Form (opens in Outlook) to request a new solution. This will also be available on the main page of AskTheCat in the dropdown menu where other agent requests are located.
