Up until the end of the month following a new member's enrollment, his or her Enroller can choose to place the new member anywhere within the Enroller's organization. This is called a Placement Change. There are some guidelines dictating when these are allowed and what must be done in order to process the change.


Sponsor/Unilevel Placement Guidelines

  • Only the Enroller can request a placement change for the newly enrolled member
  • If a placement change is completed by customer service, there is a $50 fee. The fee is waived for the first placement change on each account. Notate that the first change has been used when completed..
  • Placements allowed for the following Customer Types
    • US/CAN Members
    • PLC Members
    • Professional Members
  • Placements are NOT allowed for Retail Customers
  • We must verify that the new Sponsor is in the same organization as the Enroller by checking the enroller’s Unilevel Tree. We do not want people placing members they have Enrolled outside of their organization
  • Placement of Members is typically allowed within 1 month+ of the new Member's enrollment, meaning that up until the end of the month following the month of the member's enrollment, a placement change is allowed
    • No additional approvals are required for this, and Members subscribed to DREAMS can change placement using their Backoffice
    • These can be processed up until the last day of the month, but not during the first week of the month
  • Placements past the 1 month+ allotted for placement changes follow a different procedure, and are not typically allowed
    • If the circumstances require it, we can make allowances for this, at discretion of supervisors. If we approve this, the Enroller still needs to secure the following approvals in writing:
      • Member being moved
      • Member losing the Placement
      • Written "story" from Enroller
      • First upline Diamond of the Member being moved
      • First upline Crown of the Member being moved
      • David Litt (we request this once we have the other prior approvals)
    • These are not permitted during the last 7 days of the month
  • Only one placement change is permitted per Member. If you notice that the Enroller and Sponsor are not the same, then a placement change has already been done and we cannot do any further changes.

Enroller Changes

  • Enroller changes are not approved except in a few special circumstances. Enrollers are not able to process these through DREAMS.
    • Examples of situations in which the Enroller may be changed (only during the same week as the week of enrollment) include:
      • Wrong gift card entered - identified more than 10 days
        • person who is loosing the enrollment must be notified.
      • Customer is enrolled under the wrong person
      • System Error
    • Enroller changes outside of these exceptions follow the same procedure as the one cited above but, must have
      • Approval from member being moved
      • Approval from member losing the Placement
      • Written "story" from Enroller
      • Approval from first upline Diamond of the Member being moved
      • Approval from first upline Crown of the Member being moved
      • David Litt (we request this once we have the other prior approvals)
    • Change of Enroller request that is NOT a mistake
      • Written "story" from Enroller
      • David Litt will decide if there is a legitimate issue and what is necessary to proceed.
