Right now, customers can subscribe to DREAMS on a monthly or annual basis. To find out when their subscription will expire, they can check this information out on their Backoffice by mousing over the "Shop" tab and clicking "DREAMS Technology". If they are opted in to the platform, they will see the remaining time on the subscription.
To find this out from Exigo, open the customer's account and click 'Subscriptions" in the left hand panel. Note the "Expires" date on the right hand side.
