Customer does not like the shake they got in their transformation or they ordered the entirely wrong transformation (ONLY ELIGIBLE WITHIN 60 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEMS):

 

Option 1: Replacement will be sent later


1. Customer needs to send us back the unwanted product at their expense.

2. Issue them an RMA for the item they do not want and notate that we need to replace the shake they are sending back, not refund it.

3. We will send them their replacement product when we get the unwanted one. They will be charged for shipping at this time (always flat-rate).



Option 2: Replacement requested NOW

1. Customer needs to send us back the unwanted product at their expense.

2. Customer can purchase the desired shake immediately.

3. Issue the customer an RMA using the order number of the order that has just been placed (NOT the original order). This is done to facilitate a refund of the new order, NOT the original order.

4. The customer will send back the unwanted item on the original order and receive a refund for whatever they paid for the replacement.
