JBOT Customer Setup (Post Purchase)


This guide walks through the setup process for creating and configuring customers with Purium so a JBOT customer can order refills online.


Step 1: JBOT fill out wrike request form with new customer information that gets submitted to customer care.

Step 2: Customer Care creates the customer using iShoppurium.com/account/register

Step 3: Customer Care Tags the customer with “JBOT” in Shopify and fills out user defined field “VAT Number” with “JBOT” in Exigo.

Step 4: IT/Marketing automatically sends out email to customer welcoming them to Purium and giving them instructions on how to order refills.


Refill Ordering online

Option 1: Customer goes to jbotrefills.com. If the customer goes here they will be asked to login to their shopify account, once logged it they will be redirected back to the JBOT typeform.

Option 2: They go to iShopPurium.com and login to their account. Under account summary in iShop they will see a button that says “JBOT Refills”


Online Ordering Form

The refill order form for JBOT was developed using typeform. The customer will select the products they want to refill first, and once that is complete they will be redirect back to shopify with a cart full of those products. At that point they can change the quantities they wish to re-order.
