Proof of permission includes:
An email from the account holder's email address on file, sent to support@puriumcorp.com
Screenshot/photo that shows the participating is giving permission. The person giving permission must include their Full Name on their account and/or Exigo ID number for identity verification. Example: "I, [insert name], give [insert name of person who has permission to edit your Smart Order] permission to change my Smart Order. My Exigo ID# is [insert Exigo ID]."
