PASSWORD RESET ERROR


Q.  Has the Customer successfully logged in previously?


A. YES?

        1. If they have logged in before, and are now getting an error on the password, they ...

                    a.   Entered their information incorrectly    

                    b.   Clicked the button too many times and are getting multiple reset email notifications!

       2.  They need to check their email.  Use ONLY the LAST email password reset they received

       3.  If not working....Clear their cache, and try again. 

 


A. NO?   (They have never successfully logged on ishoppurium and are getting an error)


Access Exigo to verify the email address

  1. If the email address in Exigo is correct: Submit Wrike request

  2. If the email address is incorrect,

    1. Update the email address in Exigo

    2. Advise customer to wait 15 minutes and try to Reset Password again.
