Purium Health Products accepts all 4 major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit card payments are submitted to the credit card company for approval prior to processing of the order. In the event of a refused credit card transaction, Purium will make the failure to process known to the customer, at which point another method of payment will be requested.

Most credit card errors are the result of the issuing bank placing a fraud hold (or other type of hold) on your account. This means that they have detected suspicious activity, and freeze your accounts as a result. When encountering persistent difficulty with processing payment for an order, we suggest contacting the bank or credit card company who issued your card.
