The Backoffice allows all Members to place orders online without having to contact customer service.

To order online, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Backoffice website

2. Mouse over the "Shop" tab on the right hand side of the green bar at the top of the page. Select "Shop" from the dropdown menu.

3. You will see a list of all of our products by default. For a specific category, select one of the options on the left hand side of the page (i.e. weight loss, athletes, etc.).

4. When selecting an item to add to the cart, select the quantity desired and click "Add to Cart". A confirmation popup will appear in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Remember to add to your cart each item that you would like to order.

5. When finished adding items, scroll to the top of the page and click "Checkout".

6. Select your desired shipping address on the next page.

If the address you would like to ship to is not included in the ones displayed, enter your desired address below.

7. Select the credit card you would like to use on the next page.

 If the card on file is not the one you would like to us, enter a new card below.

8. Finally, review all of the information on the order, and click "Place Your Order". If you encounter an error relating to your payment, you can try a different card, or contact customer service.

9. To view your invoice, click on the "Orders" tab at the top-middle of your Backoffice.
