Purium sends out occasional emails relating to Purium business building and product promotion. To opt-in to these emails, you must either select the opt-in option at the end of the initial enrollment process, or, failing that, activate these emails on your backoffice. To do so, follow the steps below. This is also necessary for customers who wish to receive notifications of Backup Order processing via email.
1. Login to your Backoffice.
2. From there, mouse over "Account" and select the "Change Settings" option.
3. On the left hand side, you will see a link that says "Notifications". Click that, and either "Subscribe" to opt-in to emails or "Unsubscribe" to opt-out.
(Make sure that you enter your email address, not ours...)
You can also verify that the email address on file is the correct one by mousing over the Accounts tab and clicking "Change Settings". You can change your email under the "Basic Information" section at the top.
Keep in mind that the email address on file must be complete and accurate in order for you to receive email from us.
