Video Guide: How to Cancel Your Smart Order

The Smart Order can be cancelled at any time and for any reason. Please read below for instructions on how to cancel it in your Backoffice.

Any Smart Order not cancelled by the 20th of the month will process on the 21st (assuming no orders placed earlier in the month). Once the Smart Order has processed, it cannot be cancelled and will ship as is.

1. Log in to the Backoffice and mouse over the "Account" menu. Select "Smart Order" from the dropdown.

2. Click the "Cancel Smart Order" button in the lower left

3. When prompted, confirm this choice.
