While most of the information on your account can be changed through the Smart Order (mouse over the "Account" tab on the right hand side and click "change settings" in the dropdown menu) there are some pieces of information that can only be changed through customer service due to security reasons. These include:
- Name on account
- SSN/EIN or other Tax ID Number
- Web Alias
Any other pieces of information should be changeable on your Smart Order. If you need to change one of the pieces of information above, please contact customer service.
