This means that, at any time within 60 days of your receipt of your products, you are able to call our Customer Service number (888-747-6733) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Upon receiving an RMA number please follow the instructions for sending your items back to Purium.

Please note that the 60 days allotted begin with your receipt of the products. Purium must be in possession of your returned items by the 60th day from your receipt of them.

Steps for Returning Products


1. Make sure that you keep all product containers, membership materials, and promotional materials from your order. Our money back guarantee is based on our receipt of the containers from your original order. Even if you have used up a product entirely (i.e. using all of the Super Amino 23 from your 10-Day Transformation), we require the empty container back as proof that you have tried the products. Even if a product has been completely used, we require the empty container in order to process a refund. Product packs must be returned in full; partial kits will not be accepted.

2. Write your RMA number on the exterior of the box containing the products.

3. Ship the box to the address below. Purium Health Products is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure to secure a tracking number, as it is your insurance in the case of a lost shipment:

Return Processing Time

Once we have received your returned products, it typically takes 10 days to process a refund. This refund will be credited back to the credit or debit card used in the initial purchase of the products. The initial shipping cost you paid when purchasing the products is not refundable. 


Purium Health Products reserves the right and has the responsibility to refuse any refund where there has been an abuse of our return policy. All kits must be returned with all items unless otherwise approved by customer service; partial returns will not be refunded. Purium Health Products reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee. All refunds are handled at the discretion of Purium Health Products' management. Commissions paid out on returned items will be deducted from future commissions for the recipient of said commissions.
