Changing Placement/Sponsor


  • Make sure that the new sponsor is in the Enroller's Unilevel Tree; Enrollers cannot place a new member outside of their organization
  • Search for the member to be moved
  • Click on "Unilevel Tree" once in his or her account
  • Click on "Move" at the top of the Unilevel Tree pane
  • Enter the customer ID of the new sponsor, and verify the name once it pops up
  • Enter the reason for the move, and click "OK".
  • Notate the change of placement and reason for placement. Make sure to charge the customer $50 if this is not the first move completed by customer service.


Changing Enroller


  • Make sure that the new Enroller is in the Enroller's Unilevel Tree; Enrollers cannot place a new member outside of their organization
  • Search for the member to be moved
  • Click on "Enroller Tree" once in his or her account
  • Click on "Move" at the top of the Enroller Tree pane
  • Enter the customer ID of the new Enroller, and verify the name once it pops up
  • Enter the reason for the move, and click "OK".
  • Notate the change of enrollment and reason for change of Enroller.
