If a customer was due to receive a commission via check, we will pay it out via check. We will no longer stop payment on pending checks and submit a direct deposit instead.

The only exception to this rule is in the case that the check is “lost”. If the check is “lost”, we will wait two weeks to see if we receive it back. If we do not receive it back, we will stop payment on the lost check and re-issue the check or direct deposit as the customer wishes.

If we receive the check back, we will simply confirm the address and re-issue it; we will not change the payment method on the check.
