If you receive a call or email from a customer who has received a "First B Notice", then he or she has inaccurate information on file with us that we must correct.


Either the NAME on file or the TAX ID number on file is inaccurate, and the IRS was unable to match the information in their system.


Customers can call, email, mail, or fax documents to us to correct this. If they choose to call us, they just need to provide the correct info. If they choose to email, fax, or mail the info in, they must fill out a form W9.


If the customer does not send us the form/contact us by 6/30/16, we will begin to withhold 28% of their commissions, effective July 1.
